Pier 39

Have you ever just had one of those days where you wake up and your like, you know what? I don't want to run errands, I don't want to do laundry, I don't want to food shop? Saturday was one of those days, so Marzi and I decided to go to Pier 39 for the day. We asked Jacob if he wanted to go and he of course said yes. It was so hot here at home it's great living in the Bay Area when you can get away to escape the heat. 

You know you have arrived when you see these flags and the sign over the parking garage... The best thing about Pier 39 is you have great views of the city, as you can see in the background the TransAmerica building and Coit Tower.

Of course a pic of Alcatraz is a MUST when you visit the city.

And the Marin headlands. 

Then of course you will always see a bird in the air, yachts at the pier and Forbes Island...

A person dressed up as a bush... Sure why not...

Jacob lost in thought... or trying to figure out why there was a walking bush... Idk with that kid lol

Of course we have Sea Lions, the Hard Rock Cafe Guitar and a crab... 

But wait there's more... I know you're enjoying this photo tour lol... 

But you also see pretty flowers, birds preening & sunning and of course boats docked. Over all it was a great day. I have so many more pictures to share for another day...
